How to Clean Stainless Steel Vibrating Sieve Efficiently

Stainless steel vibration sieve will become matt if they are used for a long time, when screening materials with chemical reactions (such as corrosion) ,there would be a passivation film on the surface, it will exist steadily as a shape of the oxide in the nature. In other words, though stainless steel working conditions and oxidation are not the same, they will be oxidized in the end, this phenomenon is often called corrosion. The metal which is exposed in the corrosive environment, it will produce electro-chemical or chemical reaction on the surface of metal, even corrode. Corrosion resistance abilities of vibrating sieve passivation film are weak, due to stress caused by pitting corrosion reactions, it will generate small holes, coupled with the approach of chloridion, it will form a strong corrosive solution, which will accelerate the corrosion reaction rate, as well as the corrosion cracking inside the vibrating sieve, all of these will have a destructive effect on the surface of the stainless steel vibrating sieve.
Therefore, stainless steel surface needs cleaning and maintenance punctually, especially in the corrosive environment to ensure its beautiful surface and extend the use life. It is necessary to pay more attention to not scratch the surface during cleaning, and please avoid cleaning the surface by using liquid bleaching composition or abrasives, steel wool and abrasive stuff, in order to clean up the washing liquid, please clean it with water again after finishing scrubbing the surface.

Installation,Debugging and Operation for Tripper Conveyors

Tripper conveyor is a mobile device which can unload materials at the arbitrary point of horizontal section of the belt conveyor, it’s a single part of the belt conveyor. The installation, debugging and operation notes are as follows:
Installation
The installation and primary debugging of tripper conveyor are finished before leaving factory, the only thing needs to place the tripper conveyor on the guide rail, and the conveyor belt should be through the pulley, roller group of tripper conveyor and make sure the conveyor belt goes by the driving pulley of head section, the turnabout pulley of tail section of belt conveyor.

Debugging and operation
Upon the completion of the conveyor belt connection, tripper conveyor cable arrangement, you can debug according to the following steps:
Please check whether the reducer is lubricant, whether there are obstacles that the tripper conveyor may collide when it walks around before start-up .
Inching run the tripper conveyor the first time in order to see if the brake of tripper conveyor is adjusted well, it can not only avoid it collides with the potential barriers, but also can check the facilitating conditions of the guide rail and the walking wheel of tripper conveyor, as well as the operation situation of every part of tripper conveyor.
After confirming all above mentioned operations are normal, the tripper conveyor can be operated on the guide rail at any point, the purpose of the test is mainly observing the walking flexibility, reliability, walking wheel and the guide rail, please adjust it if necessary.
After the above mentioned is qualified, the tripper conveyor can be put into use.

Troubleshooting of Abnormal Noise during the Operation of Bucket Elevator

1. The base plate and chain bucket of bucket elevator collide with each other: adjust the take-up device of base in order to stretch the chain.
2. The driving shaft and driven shaft key is flabby, the sprocket is drift, chain bucket collides with casing: the position of sprocket needs to be adjusted and the key needs to be stretched.
3. The guide plate collides with chain bucket: readjust the position of guide plate.

4. There are some materials mingled in the guide plate and chain bucket: enlarge the inputs angle of material inside the base.
5. The failure bearing causes inflexible operation of bucket elevator: the bearing need to be replaced.
6. The pieces of materials or other objects stuck in the casing: stop the operation of bucket elevator and remove the materials. 
7. Gear profile of sprocket (driving and driven sprocket) is abnormal: correct the gear profile of sprocket or replaced driving sprocket. 
8. Gear profile of driving sprocket and chain is out of order: the sprocket gear profile needs to be corrected. 
9. Drive chain idling: adjust the length of chain.
10. The casing is not installed properly: the full length of vertical alignment of casing needs to be adjusted.
